T&C : PACKAGE CLIENTS

1. General
All treatments are provided by a licensed esthetician and tailored to your individual skin needs. By purchasing a package, you confirm that all health and skin condition information provided is accurate. Beauty Cocktail Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

2. Booking
Advance booking is required for all sessions. We are an appointment-only studio. Please provide accurate contact details when booking. All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3. Deposit Policy
Your $50 deposit is applied as a credit toward your service on the day of your appointment. It does not hold cash value and cannot be transferred to another person or applied toward product purchases. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: deposit forfeited, no new deposit required to rebook. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: deposit forfeited, new $50 deposit required to rebook. No-shows: deposit forfeited, new $50 deposit required to rebook. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more: appointment may be cancelled, deposit forfeited, new deposit required to rebook.

4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling with 12 or more hours' notice: deposit carries forward to your new date. Rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice: deposit forfeited, new $50 deposit required. Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of two (2) times per original booking. After two reschedules, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook regardless of notice given.

5. Payment
The $50 deposit is paid at booking and applied to your session total. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payment platforms. Refunds are not provided for completed services or partially used packages.

6. Package Sessions & Expiry
Prepaid packages are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over and will expire after the validity period with no refund issued. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with, gifted to, or used by another person. Sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward product purchases.

7. Loyalty Rewards & Promotions
Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed once your balance exceeds $50. If an active promotion offers a lower price than your package session value, the difference will be credited to your loyalty points balance. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Health & Safety
Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment. Beauty Cocktail Skincare is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information. All tools and equipment are sanitized to industry standards.

9. Package Termination
Beauty Cocktail Skincare reserves the right to terminate a client's package without notice in cases of misconduct, policy misuse, or breach of these terms. No refund will be issued for unused sessions in such cases.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for appointment scheduling, loyalty rewards, and promotional communications. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

11. Liability & Service Changes
Beauty Cocktail Skincare is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice and are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

12. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
